A massive “thank you” to everybody who took part in the first DCF Golf Day at the splendid East Berkshire Golf Club.

We had 13 teams comprising of 50 golfers who putted , drove and chipped in aid of the Foundation.

The day consisted of putting competition, nearest the pin and team tournament.

After the golf, bar refreshments were very much welcomed and a tasty carvery meal was served.

Winners of the event were the “Hartley Hackers” who scored 105 points! Two teams were joint second place just a few points behind.

The event raised over £1500 which is an fantastic amount. It will greatly help the ongoing objective of the Foundation.
